Can my team customize the point deck?

Yes. The host of a room can edit the point deck values (for example the classic Fibonacci sequence 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13 or custom values) to fit your team's estimation scale.

Are my estimation sessions private?

Rooms are only reachable by people who have the link or session ID. Rooms are short-lived and not indexed by search engines, and there is no persistent history stored across sessions.
